Ok. I have a MK2 cab with a UMK3 pcb installed.
Plays 100%

How do I install a MK1 pcb in with the additional sound board? Plugs dont seem to match up ...

Any help is appreciated!

Must be a Y-Unit Mk1. Mk2 uses the same power/ribbon cable as the T-Unit Mk1. Can you post pics of the board and the inside of the cab? You're going to have to use the T-unit version of MK1 if you want to plug and play.

No Clue what version I have. You sold it to me...

I'll post up a few pics in a bit.

Probably a Y-Unit then. It uses a 12 pin connector for the LP/LK connection. UMK3 and the T-Unit MK1 use a 15 pin connection. You'll have to do some hacking unless they left the original 12 pin connector in the machine somewhere.

You may want to talk to ToplessZ as he has some MK boards for the kick harness to allow you to have more than one easily in a system.

Pretty basic, but that way you take the kick harness from your system that you use for MK2/MK3 and plug it in the board, then use additional kick harnesses to plug in MK2 and MK3 from the board to the game. It also has a spot for the smaller MK1 kick harness.

you can't use a mk2 sound harness on a mk1 board.

hope that helps along with your other questions i answered.
