I have been drilling these Mortal Kombat 1,2,3 & Killer Instinct 1 & 2 lexan control panel overlays for years with decent results. Recently I contracted a local plastics company to CNC laser guide cut these for me. The results are an absolutely perfect factory NOS fit with every single hole including the security screws drilled to perfection.
I do realize that anyone can make their own for cheaper, However a lot of collectors of these games have been asking me for years to drill them for them and ship to them. I now have a bunch of Pre-Drilled MK 1-2, MK3 ( with extra run buttons) and KI 1-2 in stock. I have them on FeeBay as well, but for KLOV member I will just charge my fee of the products and labor the local shop charges me. Yes they are a bit pricey, however for those who cannot drill these for themselves I have done all the leg work for them and excluded all the time and effort I have put in finding someone to do them. They costs me $ 49.00 a piece with the product and the labor of the shop, so I'll offer them to anyone here for $ 65.00 shipped USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery.

I can have anything made if i have the lexan off the cabinet. If you guys ship me yours I can have it made the 1st time then have them made anytime after that. The $$ part is the 1st time they drill and cut them since they create a new file for each one on the computer. If interested PM me and I can have them made for you. I have a dedicated MK4 that I could bring to the shop as the template.
Chris

yes the spacing on the P1 & P2 is closer than the rest see below in the Picture. I'm going to drop the dedicated piece for MK4 off today, so I will have the MK4's in a few days

I received my lexan yesterday. It is perfect. Makes the restoration much easier. Here is a pic of MK4. I never fully put this control panel together after buying the cabinet disassembled. Just waiting on the time to do the lexan. Here is the panel put together:

I found the original security screws for the lexan in a box of parts that came with the cab. Gonna replace those new silver ones with the original ones.

For anyone wondering or wanting replacement black security screws for midway CP's twisted quarter has them.

Good info. Before I found the original ones I was going to ask if anyone knew where to find them. Lowes didn't have anything even remotely close.
