MJ Neverland Ranch arcade video

I think the game selections shown are mediocre at best. You'd think a guy with that kind of cash would have a crapload of rare games especially with the era he grew up in.

im sure he just paid someone to furnish the game room for him..i doubt he took the time to pick out each game..he was busy man

Ya know - that's a pretty good point being made. I just "assumed" MJ was an arcade fanatic but maybe this was just something to entertain his guests?

I don't think he got out to the arcades much. And when you have the money he had at his peak there is nothing that is rare. You just buy what you enjoy.

CREEPY MUSIC.

he had way way more games than shown in that video.
perhaps there were multiple arcades.

the first time i heard about that auction i was like wow i wonder how over priced these machines will be.... now that he's dead I can't wait to get a laugh at what some people are going to pay for these machines if they do indeed proceed with an auction...

Michael was born in the 50's! He was famous by the late 60's, and never hung out in arcades. So not only were there no games from when he grew up, he wouldn't have ever known what they were anyways. That was the whole thing with him anyways, wasn't it? Didn't have much of a childhood so created one for himself in his 30's. Plus, you've got to remember he built that arcade in the early 90's, so the games would have been what came out around then. I *THINK* I can make out a R360 in the background, can anybody confirm? that must have been a trip.

Could have been, I always heard his arcade was 2 stories and big enough that people got lost in it. This may have been another arcade or a part of the bottom floor of the big one.
