Hello. I am new to the forum. I searched, and didn't find a topic, so my apologies if this has been answered.

I recently purchased a Ms. Pac Man machine--my first arcade game that I have owned. I did some light restoration work to it, including getting the coin mechs working. I ordered the black plastic coin box from Mikes arcade, thinking that was the only part that I was missing. However, it looks like I"m missing some parts from the coin box section. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?

I've attached a photo. Maybe someone could tell me what part(s) I'm missing, or show me a picture of what the coin box should look like?

I'd like to get all of the parts put back in the machine, if at all possbile.

Thanks!

Delf

the repro coin buckets available are not the correct ones for Ms. Pac. Post in the WTB section. I'm sure someone has a original one for sale.

I believe mine has a lid as well

Yes that is the one you need, my ms. pacman coin box looks just like that (no lid, but a handle)

I also have a super pac that is the same but does have a lid.

There are a few originals on eBay from time to time as well that aren't very expensive.

Jlannoo,

Thanks for the prompt information. From the looks of my machine, it looks like in addition to the correct coin box, there is a lid? Does it fasten or lock into place with the metal tab in the back (see my original photo)?

I'm not at My Games but I would think the lid would lock to that tab like you suspect. Cant remember.

Excellent! Thanks so much guys! I really appreciate your help!

The lid for the coin bucket has curled edges, that allow it to slide on and stay put.

There's a hasp on the back of the lid that lines up with the bucket's hasp when the lid is put all the way into position, allowing you to lock the lid in place.

Original

I think I have a whole setup if your interested Coin box lid and mount if you need it. Shipping it might be a bit its heavy. PM if interested and we will work out a price.
