MissileCommand/Centi/Milli/Bowling

that's not a kit, that's a dedicated Retrocade cabinet. they also did a Williams version with Robotron, Joust, and i think Defender and Stargate.

i don't know if they're JAMMA boards or not.

This was released by TeamPlay, I believe. I've got a customer with one.

And I have a Operator's Manual (more like a handbook) for it sitting on my desk at work...

Then, not a kit? No way to purchase a pcb?
You may or may not be able to, but as XXI21 pointed out, the one you are looking at is vertical and Missile Command is horizontal, so you would have to reorient the monitor and rewire for Jamma (I believe it is a Jamma board) which is likely more trouble than it is worth. FYI, the TeamPlay board plays vertically, which may (or may not) be very weird for M.C. which is horizontal.

I was looking at ebay and saw this -

http://cgi.ebay.com/CENTIPEDE-MILLI...0?hash=item439935690c&_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116

I was wondering if the kits are available to put in a Missile Command. Looks like they were meant to be in a generic.

Anyone have experience with it?

i have seen and played this game @ a few different places..... dave n busters and the movie theater.

the one on ebay is the earlier BULKY version with the larger control panel.

there is actually a newer version (i think) and it is almost a exact shape/copy of a old school centipede. much better without the oversized cp.

i played MC on this machine and it acutally played pretty good (playing a horizontal game on a vertical monitor). chris

holy crap I saw one yesterday at the movie theather. HORRIBLE. Missle command looked like CRAP on a big vertical monitor

yes, it plays MC on a vertical monitor. it narrows the bottom where the bases are and extends the top where the score is and the missiles come from. And it's on a 25" screen, too.

About like playing New Rally X on the 48-in-1....

It would be cool if they could make the multi-pede kit include crystal castles. Yes i know it is a horizontal game but i think it would play fine on a vertical monitor

I picked up one of these Team Play games from a guy on CL about a month ago. Evidently the guy's friend had made it for him by throwing the Team Play board into a restored Missile Command cabinet with a new monitor, side art, control panel, trackball etc. The whole package looks great and the vertical Missile Command really doesn't bother me personally.

Here are a few shots of it in my garcade along with a closeup of the itty-bitty game board itself.
