I'm not 100% sure how it came about. Apparently he as very little to do with the classic arcade scene these days, but for some reason agreed to sign a few Missile Command related items earlier this year. Think he did three manuals, and a marquee. This is one of the manuals. Came to me through a friend that was involved in setting it all up.

If that is who I think it is, he had gotten disenchanted with the thought of associating with the arcade crowd after being harassed by a certain obsessed individual over the Missile Command programming, among other things.

I think it is who you think it is, and yes, I'd heard the same thing. Which is a real shame.
