All original and working (good video/sound, and play), no cab damage, minor wear, even the sides look good.

Edit: Added some post purchase pics in an update.

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. Made a tentative offer for $500 and I'm due to look at it shortly. If any electrics need sorting out (minors, not majors, e.g. button lights, coin mech lights, marquee, etc.) I figured $450 would be fair.

Cab looks nice, price is fair, and I feel a perverse sense of duty to keep it safe and sound :)

Some dolt has one of these on eBay for $2k.... laugh, cry, anger?

Weak point on these games is the monitor, which almost always has awful horizontal smearing when it warms up. Leave it on a few hours and see what happens.

Mine has no smearing or artifacts, but it is dim as shit. Recapped the bastard last Fall and it's still too dim. Gonna try the rejuvenator on the tube next, hoping it's just dirty ass guns from the downward mounting orientation. But I have noticed most MC Cabarets that are posted about/sold have replacement monitors...

They seem to be worth $600-$800 currently, but I think $1K is just around the corner given the market trends and general cabaret desirability/rarity.

I agree with ieure, the monitors are very temperamental, even after a cap kit. When you see these at CAX running enough hours, they are acting up all over.

Just picked her up, and I think I'm going to cry.

Serial no. 14 was the icing on the cake.

What'd you end up paying for it? Congratulations! Such a low number! They're awesome!

$500. Thanks!

Yeah, the serial was an absolute ear-to-ear smile generator. Not sure which was more amusing... watching my teenager play it for a bit, or attempting to explain the cold war while she did.

Nice acquisition. I have been looking for one in my general area. Just missed one in NY state a few months back. Great game and that cab is minty! Great find! Have fun.

Very cool score! 14...excellent. Looks to be in really nice shape, enjoy!
