O.K.... the U.S. dollar traditionally is worth about 30% more than the Canadian Dollar. HOWEVER, over the last 2 years that's turned around... so now the U.S. Dollar for the first time in a long time is worth less than the canadian dollar.
So the guy was knocking the president over it.
