Minty Donkey Kong Junior - SF Bay Area (Mine)

Particle board orange? You sure? Mine is plywood. Love it!

BTW - yours is beautiful!! Sad to see a ninty leaving your home. :(

Yeah, that's why I said most, if not all. I could be wrong. But this was originally a dedicated DK Jr. in a particle orange cab. Glad to know there were some solid wood ones though.

Thanks for the compliment. We'll see about it leaving my home. If it stays, great! If not, I'll have another slot for another game. I still have plenty of Nintendo in my game room once I get MB back together. :)

I've owned one particle board and one plywood DKjr in my life... with that said I'm officially calling it that Nintendo made 50% of their DKjr cabinets out of particle board!

(just consider this a free bump since there really isn't any worthwhile content here...) :)

I think the Made in Japan FOR the USA cabs were orange and plywood.
The USA Made cabinets were particle board.

The Made in Japan FOR Japan cabinets were blue and plywood.

At least from what we've seen anyway :)

...and BUMP.

Good luck with the sale, Jess. That cab looks fantastic, but (don't kill me) I'm partial to DK jr. in orange. I'd really love to get a DK jr., but cash is in short supply at the moment...;)

Man I'd be all over this one if I had the spare $$, very nicely done and would look great next to my DK.

Good Luck with your sale :)

I've seen Jess' house and trust me he NEEDS room!! what kind of trades are you looking for Jess?

Andrew

Haha. Yes, I do. Although, we did do some rearranging and now it's a bit more open in the game room (no more furniture dividing the room in half).

I don't know. I'm open to a straight trade or trade/cash depending on the game and condition of the game. I have a few on my want list already, but off the top of my head:

- Pac-Man or Ms. Pac Man
- Neo Geo MVS
- Championship Sprint
- Blue Elf 2 + cash

Though, it looks like it's here to stay which I'm fine with. I'll most likely end up putting a couple of games in the garage permanently. So I'll have 2/3 a bonus room and 1/3 of a garage as my game room/garcade. :)
