I have an oppurtunity to pick a few of these cocktails up tonight. I have found very little info on the net especially the cocktail version. They supposedly were HUO and have all the paperwork including the original bill of sale. I'm just trying to figure out what I should offer per worker and non worker. Any ideas?

thanks,
Mike

They'll get a little more interest because they're not strict Pong clones.

But, if you're looking to sell them after acquiring them, my guess is that it'll be difficult. I'd offer $100 for a working one only if I were looking to keep it for myself.

That's what I was thinking as far as top dollar went. I'lll have to see if the seller has gold in his eyes or not.

That'd be in primo condition too, for me.

Would I buy one tomorrow at $100? Nope. That era cocktail usually does very poorly sales-wise. I can understand why an uninitiated owner would think they're valuable, though. They're cool.

I would only buy one if you want to keep it and play it....I guess maybe I am becoming jaded but if its not a game I enjoy playing and want to keep, then no point in having it take up space, no matter the cost....

I agree. The further I get into collecting the more premium is put on space. Wifey barely tolerates the garcade as it is. You know, comments like "Why don't you take up stamp collecting or coins?". lol. I suppose I probably instigate as she wanted new cabinents in the kitchen.... so I moved the pac-man ur in there. Son loved it but the humor was lost on wifey. Needless to say I already had the kitchen remodel planned when I did that.

So that's where the idea for the light cycles came from. Learn something new every day.

There were probably a dozen different variants of that same game with different names from different makers. Hustle, Bigfoot Bonkers, Checkmate, Dominoes and a bunch of other ones.
