A very good friend of mine hooked me up with a Millipede for Christmas... (seriously probably one of the most generous gifts I've ever received). I've already purchased the Braze kit for it.

This is a very nice machine... needs a little clean up and the monitor needs a cap kit... but other than that its a beaut!!!

a little chip in the corner... nothing big though...the artwork is spectacular!!!!

Matsushita monitor...from what Ken says, sub-par in terms of monitors... It needs a cap kit but beyond that it works fine... so it will stay until it fails.

Wow, I must have the wrong friends. Awesome score. The Braze kit will be a nice touch. The side art is in great shape. Congrats

Jealous for sure. That thing looks beautiful!! I've been looking for a nice Millipede upright to replace my cocktail. I love the cocktail but my space would be better served with an upright. I hate having to worry about the chair thing:

Impressive score. I hardly played Millipede back in the day but now I prefer it over Centipede. I have a Multipede but the monitor went and let me be the first to warn you they are a nightmare to fix. I'm working a deal for a nicer one to replace my Centipede at home, and I just heard from a local friend who will remain nameless that had a cherry cabinet with a working monitor but got rid of it. That's life I guess. That's one hell of a nice cabinet and I hope you enjoy the hell out of the game.

Very nice present. What's the story with your friend? Is he a collector or just came across this and thought you'd like it?

Google Maps says it is a 1 Day and 7 hour trip, so I will see you on Friday to pick it up, toast the new year, and head back home.

And it also sounds like I need new friends, though I did buy my friend a T2 one time just because I knew he wanted one.

*raises glass and nods, is about to get up and hop in the truck, thinks better of it and sits back down shaking his head in sadness*

I've got one cocktail... atari 4P football... its in pieces and needs to be reassembled. My game room will tolerate it because its a stand up cocktail. There is always a little bug in me that wants a another good cocktail game though I can't afford the space.

Looks really nice, your friend gets the Santa of the Year award. :) The Matsushitas seem notorious for dying, seems like if anything goes wrong with them beyond what a cap kit can fix the general advice is to just replace the monitor. The Multipede kit is great, I've got it in mine and it makes an already awesome cabinet/game even more fun.

That cab is sweet! Nice score! I would love to replace my UR Centipede with a dedicated Millipede, UR or cocktail.
