Millipede Arcade (in Centipede Cab)

Can anyone point me in the right direction here? When I got the cabinet about 6 months ago, it was working fine, but now the monitor looks like the attached. I can hear it functioning properly otherwise and when I press the 1p button it starts the game but the monitor stays looking like this.

what model of monitor chassis is it?? if not sure post a picture of the chassis.

I've don't this before on other machines (most recently donkey kong), but this machine does not have a control panel like the others so I cannot locate it. There's 2 pots on a panel for focus and brightness, that's it. Here is a decent photo of the chassis.

G07 chassis; the second to last pot on the right should be "H Freq", adjust that.

OK. Screen is on (THANK YOU!) but it's now not full screen (see pic). Is there an easy fix to enlarge the screen to fill the monitor? Thanks again.
