I'm relatively new to the hobby, and just heard an ad for this event on the radio.
http://www.midwestgamingclassic.com/

Is this event typically pretty good? Also, the price is pretty steep at $20/person on Saturday, but it looks like you get a free pass for every game you bring to play/sell. Anyone have 2 extra tickets they could spare for a fellow KLOVer?

Thanks!

I've never been, but I am going this year. I know the guy who runs it and I have heard good things. Should be fun.

I might stop out one of the days, not sure which yet.

If anyone needs short term storage I have warehouse space 10-15 minutes from the venue.

Who is planning to go?

Going this year, can't wait to play all the games and get some new stuff.

Too bad I'm too far away to bring anything arcade related home...

Heard it is something else. As it is really popular. Just can't afford it over the economy. But maybe one day, would love to go as well as meet other gamers.

I might make it. Looks like a lot of console gaming going on from the website. How many arcade games do they usually have there?

Just got back, better than last year in my opinion just too spread out to find everything.
Xenon working pinball 400.00, Kangaroo, Elevator action and many others working 250.00 to 400.00 and some higher of course, tons of cheap working pins

About how many arcade games are there? 10? 20? Are they for playing or just showing for sale.

I look all over the website and there are no specifics.

Probably a MINIMUM of 50 arcade throughout the show and a Lot more pins, almost All for sale, all set on free play and usually have a phone number on them to contact the owner at the show, there is a lot more to the show than what is on the web site. Check youtube maybe, there was a bunch of guys filming with camcorders. It's once a year just make the trip.
