Midwest Gaming Classic 2011, who's going?

I dunno, it's kinda far for me. I have to drive all the way down the street, a total of 5 minutes :p

I'll be there. Been looking forward to it for a while now.

Before I moved out here to Watertown it was held in Oconomowoc, about a 30ish minute drive from my house in New Berlin. Now that I bought a house in Watertown (about 10-15 minutes from Oconomowoc), it's in Brookfield and would have been a 10 minute drive had I not moved. grrrr :)

Can't wait. Great show. An exciting mix of gamers and pinball. My third year I love it and always have a blast this year.

The added bus tour on Friday is an interesting adventure.

For those interested in pinball Terry at Pinball Life will be there, and Jack Guarnieri will speak on Sunday about his Wizard Of Oz pinball machine and new company that will make it.

LTG :)

Such great timing!

Yeah, the first time I went it was in Brookfield and I was living at my parents still. I could almost walk to con it was so close (I walked to the mall all the time, which is right next to the hotel). Then when it moved the first time, it was about 15 minutes from the wife's (then girlfriends) parents house. Now it's back in Brookfield. It's been pretty close no matter where it's been.

Anyone looking to buy/sell some cabinets at this?

I'm interested in buying a pin or two for the route and will possibly be bringing the centipede cabaret I've got to get rid of. I hope to have a solid price tag on my Defender pin before then and if none of the interested buyers that have already contacted me want it I'll bring that too.

What's the story on the Centipede cabaret?

What ever happened with the After Burner Deluxe and PP cockpit? Still would be interested in the PP.

Nothing too extravagant, picked it up awhile ago and put a good looking monitor in it, got a CPO I still haven't installed and have 2 partially working board-sets I haven't gotten around to repairing. Needs wood in the back, otherwise in good shape.

I'm not really a fan of the game and it wouldn't end up in gameroom so I won't be sorry to see it go.

They are still out by the barn, I still haven't even started on the pitch and bats I took out of there. Every weekend has been busy on the route because of pool tournaments, we had to move 6 tables last Saturday them take them out on Sunday in addition to the usual crap. My guess is I won't be back into picking through that stuff till the snow melts, sorry.

Hmmm. If I didn't just pick up a Millipede, I'd be really interested, since I like the smaller form factor of cabarets. Out of curiosity, What are you asking?

No worries, just thought I'd bug you again on them. Still waiting to hear back on the offer on my house, so I probably wouldn't have space until then anyway.
