Midway Hyperdrive Steering Help Needed

Finally got my chassis back from repair and upgraded the hard drive to a compact flash. The game boots fine and get a great picture. Upon booting up, I get a message that the controls needs calibration. The steering yoke is moveable but cannot get any input. Upon coining up and starting a game, the steering yoke locks to the right so I know its getting power. When I go into the test menu, the yoke is moveable, but there is no input recognition. I imagine this game is similar to other Midway driving games. Is there someone on the forums familiar with this problem?

Bumping again…certainly someone has experience with this issue. I picked up another driving board but same issue. I believe Cruisin USA shares the same set up.

Have you checked the steering pot/wiring between the pot and the board?

Nothing looks disconnected but I need to test the values on the pots.
