Just picked up a hydro thunder machine. master volume is down to 6%. . .But you still hear a louder hissing/droan noise comming from the speakers. . . kinda like if you have your TV voulme all the way up, and the volume on your cable box a 1/4 of the way up. . . You just get that extra noise, If that makes sence. . You mainly hear it when the game is not playing, but powered on. . . Is there another volume adjustment besides in the coin door and on the set up screen.???? maby one on the sound board??? I havent looked yet, just figured i would try and get a little heads up. . . .

After looking, all connections are good. sounds just like you can hear a amplified version of the cooling fans comming threw the speakers. . more the ones under the marquee than the speakers in the seat. . . still dont know why volume controals are so tempremental. . volume is on 6% and is is loud. . . its recomended to be at 60%. . .buy at 30% my ears are ringing like you wouldnt belive. . why so sensitive. . .

Where's the sound coming from? You are supposed to get sound in front and behind. Is it possible that someone hooked up the sound for the back into the front speakers as well? The back speakers are pretty much just rumble sounds (I think it's just about all woofer back there). This would make small sense.

I don't believe you can adjust the sound anywhere else. I've always just done the sound in the options menu that you are describing.

The niose is comming from all speakers. . . Ill double check on the wireing hook ups. . .

oh ya, is the screen supose to shake when you hit the walls??? iam pretty sure it is suppose to but cant remember. . . .
