Hey,
I just purchased a Midway cabinet with a US classic golf kit installed. I am planning on this cab to be the Multi-cade I always wanted. Have a used 48-1 on the way and most of the parts I need to begin. I am going to have to close in a shop in the garage to have a winter shop to work in. I will post pictures when I get started. Got $150 in the cab and $35 in the multicade 48-1. Not sure how to identify the original game though the cab looks like it may have been white under the ugly black paint. I am not sure why people paint these games. a scratched loved paint job is much better than the ugly black paint people use.

If it's white underneath it could be galaxian or galaga. Look for tags on the upper back of the cab or a serial # stamp and see what you can find.

Glaxian 6780

Hi folks, Good call on the serial number tag in the upper part of the cabinet to the left of the back door. The cab has a magic marker written 6780. and there is a paper tag with GLX 6780. I looked at the sides and the cabinet has some areas where the glaxian paint may be in tact. I may try to restore that first by stripping away the black paint and see whats left. Looking at the shape of the cab I am pretty sure I won't be able to save it.

If you are planning to paint a cabinet, Think long and hard before you break out the black.
