Midway/Atari Vegas 777 Video Card Info

I've been trying to figure our the Midway/Atari Vegas 777 boardsets and what video card each one uses.

I'm specifically looking for info related to running Atari War Final Assault.

Which video card is needed to run this game?

I've read different stuff.

Is it Quantum3d Obsidian2
Or is it 3DFX Voodoo Banshee Chipset
Or is it 3DFX Voodoo2

Anyone know for sure?

Also, can you swap the Durango CPU board for the Vegas 777 CPU board (I read this will work, it even boots faster)

Any info is welcomed.

You need the 10mb Obsidian Voodoo2, which is just a custom one used for arcade stuff.

The same card was used in hydro thunder/off-road thunder but have different BIOS and won't work.

The Voodoo2 from a gauntlet legends will work in a War and vice versa.

You need a Vegas 777 SIOC board, but can use either CPU board

What if I have two (or more) linked War Cabs with one running a Durango CPU board and the other one running a Vegas 777 CPU board.

Will one be slower than the other one? Would you know it when you play it?

You can use any voodoo 2 with 10 MB or more.
