Micro Switches

What kind? These?

Depends on how many you need. Some places sell them for $1.50-$1.75 each. Bob Roberts will sell you 10 for $9...

Is it the case with switches that the more you pay, the better it is? Not being a smart ass......Im realy a dumb ass.

On the subject of switches...anyone know where to find some DPST or DPDT microswitches that would fit on the end of an arcade button?

Ya, I know how to push the google button just like you do. I just thought maybe someone knew of a place that had them cheaper then I have found.
Thanks for your wise input.

Maybe. I don't know who's making the cheaper switches. They're probably all made in some foreign country. If you only need a few, get the cheap ones. If they don't feel right, fit right, or last, then you can buy the more expensive ones...

Thanks for the help. I have found from 50 each to 2.00 each and didn't know if it would bite me in the butt if I got the cheap ones. Heck I almost got 10 that was a little long... thats why I ask questions.

most microswitches are made in china(also those used in happs)
top switches are made in japan (omron brand)

Depending on how many you're looking for, you could always get them free from the source.

Depends on which ones you are talking about. If you mean microswitches made by the Honeywell division of "MICRO SWITCH", they are made in my hometown of Freeport, Illinois plant 4. Anyone with a OEM Qbert joystick can flip it over and see those microswitches were made in Freeport. Even new ones I picked up to replace them were manufactured there too.
