can't find much of anything on this...the numbers on the sticker are ec9382-01 and vt19726z

was working great, then it just quit...i think the b+ is too high, because although there is no image when it's powered on, when i power off the game i get a split second glimpse of the image on the monitor...not sure where to check the b+ on this or what would make it go too high

I might be mistaken but is that just a run of the mill 19 inch VGA monitor? Why not replace it for $10. I think the touch screen can be transplanted to the new monitor or am I off my rocker?

after testing some components and finding where to test and adjust the b+, it magically started working...ken, i haven't done anything to it...i checked out some of your chassis repair logs and found that zanen has a cap kit for it...i'll change them out, even though it's up and running again...thanks for your help

Hi,
Did you ever find the schems for this monitor??
Can you share where to test the B+ please?
I have a Megatouch and there is no HV......
Thanks
Jeff

These monitors literally bake inside the Megatouch cabinet.

First place to start is to recap the monitor with high temperature rated electrolytic capacitors.

"ec9382-01" is generally what Merit had the service information listed as.

Thanks Ken, that is my intention now that I found out that the Neotec 2515C HVT will work in this chassis. I did not want to go through all that work and not have a HVT available if necessary,,,,,
