So I've have a megatouch ion that I finally got up and running after installing a
d945gclf2 motherboard. Everything works correctly aside from no sound. I checked the sound in the menu and it's up 1/2 way. Does the sound just come from the riser board to the
motherboard? Is there a dip switch on the riser board that needs to be set for sound? Not sure what's happening here.

Are you using the 3 pin headder on the motherboard or the speaker jack on the back of the board?
Try plugging headphones in.
I think if you use the 3 pin headder you have to change a jumper on the board.

So there is a Three pin header on the mother board. I tired the 3 pin header. However,
I wasn't getting any sound. The speaker jack from the I/O board to the mother board I
used as well. No sound. I"m wondering if I have to do something special to get the
speaker jack working. Also, you mentioned a jumper for the 3 pin. Do you know which
jumper and where it's positioned? I'll try headphones tonight.

Next to the 3 pin header you will see a Yellow pin header? maybe black... Are there Jumpers on it? If not you will not get any audio. There should be 2 jumpers on that header if you are not using the Front Audio (like the case header for Mic and headphones)

Here shows the jumpers

update

It's nuts. It's the dumbest thing ever. I was working on an upright Ion fusion cabinet.
I didn't get anywhere with the jumpers. I drilled through the back door lock and what was there? The connector for the speakers!!!!!!!! Duh! It was not connected.
