First off, I haven't a clue what the game is. I just picked up a WAR: Final Assault cab, with this in it. It seems like everything is there, minus the monitor. So I have a few questions.

1. What is MEGA? I can't seem to find any information on this at all.

2. What type of monitor does it use? It has a VGA cable leading into what seems to be some kind of convertor to a 6 pin connector for a monitor. I can't really see if it works until I have a monitor in place.
I did happen to find out that it used CGA which I don't have a spare one offhand right now. Gotta wait on that.

I don't have my pictures uploaded (will do that tonight) but for now the only thing I can find on it is this ebay listing. You can get an idea from there on what i'm talking about http://www.ebay.com/itm/MEGA-BY-TSU...959?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35bc4b675f

When I picked up the cab, the MEGA box (looks like some computer basically) had some power issues. Well I worked on that and got it to power up. The motherboard seems to be getting power now. I did try to hook up a pc monitor to the vga output card and got nothing thou. So I really don't know if everything is in working condition yet.

I'm also not 100% sure everything is connected properly so if anyone has one of these please let me know I would like to get some pictures off of you regarding the connection to the PCB that has the USB cable plugging into it.

Any additional information or help would be great. Thanks!

Not sure if many had looked this over, but I've done spent most of my day tracking down what little I could find.

Eventually I did find a manual for the M.E.G.A. Kit - http://www.betson.com/images/cms/amusement/10011001_Mega_Kit_21.0a.pdf

Also an arcade flyer - http://flyers.arcade-museum.com/?page=flyer&db=videodb&id=5092&image=1

One more thing a video somewhat of what it is - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OWDrLhrz1mE

I now have enough information to trace wires etc. Hopefully the hard drive isn't shot in the system, or I will have to track down the software. Not sure where I would find any of that at.

It does use both Standard and Medium res monitors if you don't have a VGA monitor.

Again it didn't come up on my pc monitor before but I will be testing it out soon with a Med Res monitor instead.

So just for future reference, if anyone knows of where I can find any software this would be great!
