Ive met alot of guys from here all good people so far,was wondering am i the only one that dont work in an office enviroment? I know greg works in the field but it seems everyone else works in an office.I do not,i work outside most of the day with my hands repairing things, gettin' dirty. I proly come off a little "trailer" but thats just me anyhow just curious.

No office for me thank goodness! LOL I work on site at many different locations. Every day is a little different. I dont think i could handle the suit and tie / Office thing. :)

My work truck is my office. I do go into real offices though... but they aren't mine so I don't mind. :D

I did maintenance right up until I lost my job last month. Trying to move into office work though.

Office yes - suit and tie no. HOME office with my games and other collectibles in the room.

BTW it was not my intentions to say that office workers dont work hard so please dont take it that way.

I have a desk in the shop/office to work at when I'm fixing games in the shop. otherwise I'm out doing service calls at people's houses or business...

I work in a lab cubicle (with benches and test/debug equipment). One of the lucky few sitting next to a window, so I atleast get a view and some sunlight.

Been sitting at an office desk for last 13 years.

Not sure how that relates to the topic header of "Meeting members in person."

One member's stopped by my building when he was in town and we shot the shit for a bit while I was on a break.

I did appliance repair for over 20 years until my health went to hell. Now I'm unemployed and broke. Never worked in an office in my life. I also don't find "The Office" on NBC funny! ;)

I'm trapped in the warehouse. Not sure if I want an office job or not.

No office. Been driving for 29 years

I've been thinking about OTR for years now, just can't get the brass to go for it. I fear I'd never be home. I had a nice routre at my old job, all over northern MO, too bad I lost it. It was a pretty drive with nobody down my neck at the warehouse.

We make props for movies and I work in the office. I get my hands dirty though. I have the best of both worlds? Yes, that's a question.
