Working on one for a client. My diagnosis is a bad board: the monitor displays nothing but has neck glow, power supply voltages are good, side lights are good. Interestingly, none of the button or coin lights would come on, but came on fine when I replaced the bulb. I'd just assume they all went bad, but the guy said they were all good until the day he turned it on and it was in it's current state. Could a power surge have taken out the board and subsequently the light bulbs?

Coining it up gives no sound or any indication that anything has happened. I've pushed in all the chips, checked the connectors and the voltage. Is my diagnosis accurate?
