I picked up a mechanical pinball dolly yesterday that works with a foot pedal to raise and lower it into two positions, up and down. The lifting and lowering works great, but the dolly is too high to slide in from the front of my 80's pins. I have to lift up the front end of the pin and slide it onto the dolly which isn't very easy. Does anyone have or used a dolly like this? Was it designed this way or is it made for games with longer legs (aren't they all the same)? The wheels are welded on but I'm still going to try to remove them and put on shorter wheels. If that doesn't work I guess I'll go with the Harbor Freight lift table. It's a pretty sweet dolly and faster to raise than a hydraulic dolly.

It might be designed for EM's. I got one once and immediately sold it because it wouldn't fit my machines but a friend informed me it would work with EM's only.

I have a Dune Buggy EM and it's lower then my pins so it won't work either. I'm thinking this possibly could have been hand made. I think I figured out how to get the wheels off and will try shorter wheels. I just need it 2" lower.

I found out that this dolly was made for 50's woodrails. I had to grind off the welds on the wheels and replaced them with 1 3/8" wheels from McMaster Carr. Works great now.
