I have a Wizzy's MCR switcher adapter... very similar to the one currently being sold my Arcade Shop (http://www.arcadeshop.com/mcr/mcr.htm) ... the difference being it's setup to be wired to a switcher instead of just sliding on the power supply (it's missing those tabs - instead it just has wires coming off it that you wire to the switcher). It is also missing the 3.6V battery as it was dead... but that's OK as you can do one of a couple things... you can install another battery or you can do what I did and just install a single NVRAM chip and not worry about the stupid battery.

This converter works for all MCR games, but I would NOT recommend using it with Spy Hunter as it caused issues with the 12v lamps...

You can have the converter itself for $25.00 + shipping... i will throw in an NVRAM so you can save high scores without the battery for $8.00 more... and if you need a switcher to use this with I'll throw that in for $12.00 more. So for $5.00 less than what arcade shop sells just the board for you would get the board, the switcher, and the NVRAM eliminating the need for a battery.

If you are interested, shoot me off a PM letting me know what parts you want and what zipcode you're at so I can get you a shipping quote.

Here's what it looks like hooked up (minus the black 3.6v battery that has since been removed)...

Allow my stupidity to surface with the next couple of questions.

I assume this would work in a tron?

Would the tron in question have to be wired with a switcher? (not original power supply)

I have 3 interested... chances are high one of the 3 will buy... I am taking them in order of when I received the PM's... and will update this post when it's sold.

UPDATE: This has been sold... but I still do have Spy Hunter side art for sale!
