not to nit-pick but it's tested not working, or untested?

I think I have a working one at home, (I see your wtb thread), I will check later.

untested. i have nothing that takes this model board. was sold to me as working for a tapper. clearly its not for a tapper.

In my experience they are all interchangeable. I guess I should go test a few myself to either confirm or deny my claims.

edit: that is to say, I've tested the mcriii with mixer in my wacko and it worked, and tested mcrii in my timber and it worked. Now I am not so sure .

That would be very help full. the mxr does have i believe 2 more pins? im curious to what you come up with.

that part may or may not be relevant. It's a matter of the connectors having wires that actually go to those pins. (again I have to check)

Ask cdjump, he'll know.

He should, but I think I surprised him once (which is hard to do), when I mentioned an MCR 3 w/mixer working perfectly in my wacko.

according to the tapper manual, its part # A084-90910-F000. this is for a spy hunter and ? part# A084-91648-A000 w/mxr. they are different. also different pinout

Yeah it's strange because when you look at the parts list, that's the board it says it requires, but the schematics show the A084-91648-A000. I'll have to open up my tapper when I get home and check it out.

You're going to feel awfully silly if it turns out to the be right board and you just sold it... you might want to hang on for a couple of days to verify...

according to the schematic its wrong. i cannot find any info to adapt this to a tapper, or tron. this fits dot, edot spyhunter ect.... unless someone can tell me how to change the pinout to make it work? that would be great. a local friend has all these games listed, and he states it wont work. just following the schematic, and what people have found and are telling me. i wish it would work trust me.

Yeah, I checked my Tapper and it has the other board. Strange that it shows this board in the schematics.

FYI, this is the board I have in my Tapper. There's a small adapter cable between the harness and the board. I have the pinout if you want to make one yourself.

Red traces are the top of the board... green are the bottom.... add the blue jumper to the board and plug the connector in with the key in the key hole and it'll work fine in your tapper.

One day I'll have time to actually test my replacement amp boards in a game :)
