Here is a pic or 2 of the prefered Joysticks over here , they are fantastic to use , very smooth and well done , every JS i have had in a machine i`ve bought ,has been tossed out for one of these . these have the minimum play compared to the normal bush type / metal , and you can see an odd plate at the back , this is the adapter for 4 way , 8 way , 2 way etc , the 2 small screws come off , i then put the adapter to suit the game , and away we go , if a micro switch plays up , then you take the next nylon plate out , and change it , or adjust the lever arm to tighten up movement etc , i dont know if you guys have seen these before , so i pulled one apart for you all ! THIs is a well used one , you can get red , blue etc , you get the drift .

My four player cab has Australian made sticks and they are smooth and very snappy.

My nephew bought an farmhouse near Glenville, PA about a month ago... There were 4 connected to a hacked harness hanging from a nail in the garage. They are sitting in the back of my truck right now.
