that a K7000 by chance? I think the rings are fine, your convergence appears ok in the pictures. the K7000 does a weird curling effect at the top with some games. I know it does it on my MK2, but in my case it's so subtle that I don't even bother with it. I'm kinda just borrowing that chassis from a Suzuka 8 Hours 2 anyway, so I didn't want to molest the 50/60 Hz pot on it.

the 50/60 Hz pot can sometimes fix that... but alas, I don't know what kind of monitor you have. pics of the chassis itself would've been helpful lol

EDIT: wow, I botched that entirely, I didn't even notice the thread title. LOL

I'm not familiar with that chassis at all, I'm afraid, but I'm sure there's some kind of adjustment pot that performs the same function as what I mentioned. look over the chassis for adjustment pots and find out what they do (by reading what they are, not fiddling with them randomly :))

Adjustment

There is a single pot in about the center of the main board. You will need an adjusting tool for it. I believe it is horiz line. It will take care of it.

ok now onto the rings.... i can move them up and down on the neck as well as rotate them is there suposed to be something that holds them fron moveing back and forth on the neck?? the other monitors i have they have liek clips built onto the peice that they ride on and keeps them from sliding up and down on the neck... and one have a pic of one of these so i can see if anything is missing?

i got the slanted screen all fixed thanks guys.. now does anyone have a set of convergance rings for this thing... the tabs on the middle piece that hold them together are broken any one have a set of these things?
