Hey guys whats your opinion on a 18' x 18' Gameroom, is it too small or would it create a nice area for a game room or should I just make it a masterbedroom and keep the garage as the mighty arrow arcade. Thanks

I have a 13.25' x 15.5' lower living room (205sq ft) and have 22 videogames and 1 pinball in that area in the form of a "U" for the paths.

For the vids:
11 of the games are full size (24-26 wide, 29 to 35 deep)
2 are almost full size (22 wide x 24 deep)
9 are minis (18 to 21 wide x 24 to 30 deep with monitor bubbles)

I have about 30-36" between the games facing each other in the facing aisles and about 30" for the bottom of the U where they're just facing sides of games.

It's tight but not "too tight" so long as you only have 10 or so people.

At 324 sq feet you're 58% bigger so consider how many more you could squeeze in. Unfortunately my 3 cocktails are just up against a wall in another room since they take up the floor space of 2-4 games if you include chairs and ability to get to them :(

When i started I had a Pac plus, Paragon pinball, and a Jrpac cocktail all in the living room. Livingroom is 12 x 14 and has sectional sofa along two walls, it was tight but fun.

WTF Dude, why you even considering a master bedroom, you can sleep under the pinballs.

You should post some of the pictures from the tear down in preperation for the addition.

Here is a couple pics of the demo of house to start the new addition.
