Once upon a time...IIRC...there was a master list of public arcades in the US that catered to (or simply had) old school games. Does anyone remember this? Have I gone off my rocker?

I'm not looking for a list of member (private) arcades FWIW.

I'm looking for such an arcade in the midwest...anywhere from Des Moines to Chicago.

We should actually start a new list, as several places have closed and several more have opened up in the last 5 years alone. Rusty Quarters in uptown Mpls has been open about a year, Blainebrook Bowl has a ton of pins and classic vids, there's another place that opened up downtown Mpls as well.

You're thinking of http://www.arcadelocations.net/ I believe. Aurcade is my preference as it lists all games and is generally more current (mainly because it's more wiki-style, anyone can edit and add games and locations), but arcadelocations is also a great resource as well for classics. Just be sure to call any place you find on there, as I can spot a bunch that have closed.
