Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 is a Naomi game cartridge for the Naomi system. This is either some really weird bootleg or a misplaced eprom

Looks like a redemption game with video out. Odd I don't see any manufacturers marking. Even if it works, I don't think its hack MvsC2 normal video game. There are too many odd circuits on it not video or sound related.

I wonder if this is part of a console -> jamma adapter. MVC2 eprom might be code for recognizing game screens/locking play out. Sound might come from the system into one of those plugs(?).

Looking at the picture on worthpoint the video lead comes from the connector at the top left.
In your first picture you can see it's R,G and B. Have you connected to that?

I think that board is only one piece of the puzzle. You probably need timer boards, controller boards, etc, not to mention the actual Dreamcast console and game disc.

Looking at the worthpoint picture, that video cable goes into the back of the Dreamcast. So you would need a Dreamcast video cable and then the connector that fits that converter board. Then using a pinout diagram, wire up the video cable to the proper pins on the connector. But if you don't have a Dreamcast to test with, you won't know if it worked or not.

I don't think it will matter, the pinout just has all the pins for RGB, composite, s-video etc. Make sure your donor cable has all the pins required for the header. Getting a SCART version will probably be your best bet since you can either crack open the SCART head and solder to the appropriate wires or connect a female header (https://console5.com/store/female-s...e-pcb-mount-21-pin-connector-right-angle.html) and solder to that instead of potentially breaking the cable.
