Mario Widebody Restore - Pic Heavy

Update!

I finally got around to ordering the starter and bulb for the original fixture. I also got the inverter board and amp installed to the K4901 I put in the cab, as I put the Sanyo into my DK cab.

Anyway...I got some repo orange buttons the new light installed and I cleaned the sticker off the coin door. One day Ill get around to getting the dents out, and do something about the flat black paint on the front of the cabinet....also I need to buff out the scratch in the center of the bezel...one day...one day........

To think....all this arcade stuff started with MAME, I never thought Id have old machines with PCBs and CRTs..... Then I troll these boards and look what you bastards did!

THANKS!

Chad

EDIT: I just realized you can see the burn in on the K4901! Damn that Nikon is good....you can barely see it in person....

Board fixed! Put a dokert harness in so I can swap Popeye. Also changes the player one joystick to a 4 way :)

Was the harness already wired for up and down, or did you need to run wires from the edge connector to the sticks?

Been contemplating doing this myself and putting a Mike's arcade 2n1 switcher in.

Well since I rarely have two people playing Mario at once, I got a dokert harness with the DK style harness. So joystick two is not hooked up.
