I found an original Mario VS topper that used to go on top of the machines. It was laying in the bottom of my cab including all the paperwork, manuals, and schematics. Are these pretty common?

I am sure you mean vs. SUPER Mario Bros and yes, they are very common. If you actually have a Mario Bros topper, are you sure it isn't the PC-10 mini marquee and stand? If so, that's just as common.

Yeah, pretty common. I still have all of them in the black cases the kits came in. All of them in there brand new and never been used. Doesn't seem like they were very popular to put on the machine (they are pretty big and ugly with all the fold marks in them)

Vs. Super Mario Bros topper, yes. All the time. I think there is still one for sale at quarterarcade.com.

Vs. The Goonies topper, no. I've been looking for one for a while now. I've seen one pop up on ebay in a Vs. kit that sold for around $90 I think. Still on the hunt.

Re:

Yeah, I meant Super Mario VS Topper. I was looking on eBay and found some person trying to sell one for like 200 bucks and they said they go for 300, which is a bunch of bull...It's the one that says "NEW" on either side.

I have one of these I bought of Darryle in Virgina. It is sitting on top of my Popeye cabinet. I was just wondering, what all Nintendo games were these made for?
