I have a MB widebody cp that I need to fill in some holes from a past conversion. Can someone tell me the exact hole size for the controller holes? I just want to make sure they haven't been altered. I don't have a controller right now to see if the hole has been made bigger. If the hole is too big the rubber boot that goes on shaft above the cp won't hide the hole. An exact measurement is needed, thanks.

my controller holes are 1 9/16" I just want to make sure that is right before I take cp to the welding shop.

I have the controllers on order now, I don't have the new cpo yet after I get both I will be able to tell if the holes are correct or not, but I was hoping to get the cp into the welding shop ASAP.
If anyone has a measurement that sure would be nice of you.

The holes for the "joysticks" should be a tiny bit under 1-7/16" if they are currently 1-9/16" I wouldn't worry about it too much. If your taking it to a welding shop have them take extra care not to use too much heat when welding in the plugs. That CP will warp like crazy if not. Also FYI the original Nintendo button holes are smaller than your standard buttons @ 1-1/16" as opposed to the standard 1-1/8" also the "rubber boot" is commonly referred to as a plastic dust washer.
