Who makes these - the DK size, not the widebody - and if there are multiple companies, who is the best quality?

Looking for it screened on the plexi already if possible.

TIA

I don't think anyone has done the conversion bezel in screened art. Phoenix Arcade has the widebody and that's the best one. The Widebody bezel could conceivably be cut I guess.

I believe somebody pointed out awhile back that the conversion size is simply the widebody version cut down.

And yes PA's is real nice.

It is. It's literally the exact same art with more of the sides cut off. I don't know how easy it would be to cut down a widebody bezel though.

I have a conversion bezel I would trade for the widebody.

Also what is the quality of the Escape Pod version? I was thinking of getting the widebody there?

Phoenix is the only place that's doing a screenprint like the original was. That's the only accurate repro that I know of.

Hmm. . . widebody repro measurements:
Measures 28.312" x 20.188"

DK bezel measurements:
22.375" x 20.25"

So, looks like cutting 3" off each side of a widebody would do it.

Sure enough, that's what it looks like the DK conversion bezel is - just a cut-off of the widebody:

Guess I'm going that route then!

Thanks, all!

Wait! Don't cut up the widebody!

I will trade you my conversion size bezel for your widebody bezel.

In my opinion, always support the silkscreen guys when you can. It's how it was done originally and is faithfully reproduced. Not knocking the other guys.

Did you ever end up cutting the Bezel ?

I did - came out perfectly. The repro from Phoenix is, of course, top notch.

Just laid the old one on the paper side of the new one and just used a pen to scribe a line. Then, a metal level was used for the initial few swipes with the plexi scorer. After that, about 30 scores did it. Had to take about 2" off each side. Looks great.

Thanks, The Bezel is my last piece, Phoenix Arcade makes the best stuff, my Ms pacman Bezel looked great. I ordered my Bezel from Phoenix Arcade last weekend, still going to be hard to cut it without wondering if it will break, but I felt the same way when I washed my monitor with the hose.

are there any accurate CPO's for the DK size cabs? the main issue iv'e seen is a dramatic difference in the brick colors between the bezel and CPO.

My question as well. I have a nice MB (conversion) marquee, can cut down the repro PA MB widebody bezel, but need a high quality MB (conversion) CPO. Escape Pod claims there's is the best available, but compared to who else?
