I got it working!

Checked every ROM and had 2 that did not match the ROMs I had on file. Reburned them and was still getting a "No Cartridge" message. Swapped them all to the other board (while checking pins, etc) and it worked!

Now I get to reburn the rest of the ROMs and see if I can get the other board working.

The trackballs seem to work and I dont believe this board has the LETA chip on it (at least it looks very different than the other one I have). thoughts?
