Many of you have probrably seen this, many have not. It is awesome.

I hadn't and it is...

I need a laser light show with classic arcade characters being displayed... and a video wall... :)

I posted that same vid a few years ago - it never gets old. I even have Stone In Love in the juke in the gameroom.

I get a little choked up everytime I see it. What an awesome time it was. I wish I knew it would eventually end. It would have been nice to have had pictures or video of myself at Timeout. I would have looked ridiculous though carring a VHS player, huge video camera, tri-pod, spotlight and cables everywhere, which was about accurate for the home movie equiptment we had available back then. I am glad the atmosphere still exists in my basement.

Cool video, but I could have done without the song and just listened to the sounds of all the arcade games. It would have given this VR arcade more of an authentic feel. The chaotic melody of all the game sounds going on all at once was music to my ears as a kid.And despite having all those game sounds going on all at once, you know you could pick out the individual sounds and know exactly which games they were coming from.(If you'd played the games before that is.)

That was pretty cool. And '84, give or take, was the peak year for gamerooms I feel. I think I played every game in that video...

I've been hoping to come across a High Quality version of this video that doesn't look like ass Full Screen. I'd like to throw it on a DVD with other arcade stuff to play on my tv in the arcade.
