I just picked up a spare monitor that was taken from a MAME cocktail cab. I am trying to locate a manual for it to make sure that I am connecting the video cables correctly (picture is out of synch and all red). Can someone point me in the correct direction? I saw some old posts here saying that this was a Toei monitor, not sure if that is the case.

It has Tatung on the tube and Tatung PWB-234 on the main board, so its a Tatung

thats all i can help. Philips 19VLBP22 is just the tube number and maker

it looks like the number on the chassis is the one to go for

i would sugest its a Tatung CR-M-19V , but cannot find that at all

Its old! before they made the focus pot in the line output transformer! early 80's is my guess

Yeah, that thing is odd looking. Look at how they did the color drive adjustment pots! I've never seen a Tatung that looks that old. It does show some similarities to old Toei monitors, too. Very strange beast.

Tatung 19 inch monitor manual, I'm looking also

Hi,
I had a game that came with this monitor also. No manual no schematics and the display was pretty messed up. I unbolted the main board from the wood shelf and rotated it so I could get to the underside. Helped to have a 4 wheel dolly so I could tilt it over. Using the capacitor wizard I found 3 dead hi voltage caps and replaced them. Made a world of difference. Good enough to play now. But would still like a manual/schematics to really dial it in.
