Got flooded out a while back, and had to abandon the garage for a short period. Most of my games and goodies were safe, but a few things took a nice muddy bath. Still haven't found my box of switchers yet....

Anyhow, whats the best way to get out the muddy musty smell?

Yeah, you're probably going to have to take everything out of there to let it dry out completely. If that's not possible, at least try to get as much out as you can and run a fan. I've had a lot of basement floods this year, and getting it empty and letting fresh air do it's thing has made it unnecessary for me to get a dehumidifier at this point. Anything like wood or cardboard boxes has to come out. Or anything that water can permeate, really.

Vinegar will kill mold flat. It also smells too, but only for a few hours.
