w00t!

I was going through a bunch of boards and found a game that wasn't in MAME yet. Well, it's in now!

:)

New clones added
----------------
1943: Midway Kaisen (Japan, Rev B) [Foul]
Rad Rally (Japan) [Arcadecomponents.com]
The King of Fighters '97 (Korean release) [DsNo]

It's great to be able to help document and preserve games through emulation.

Any day now Guru will open a box I sent containing a security module for a Sega F1 Super Lap for decapping.

Anyone else here do anything for the MAME project?

Sent a few konami viper pcbs to guru 2 months ago that were undumped. Also a special forces pcb and hd that wasn't dumped either.

Good lord you sent off Konami Viper hardware?? That stuffs expensive.

I really should see what I have floating around as far as discs and security dongles go for Konami music games that they might need or could use.

I haven't had an undumped board come through my garage yet. I have donated a few times during the drives to get rare boards. Maybe one of these days I will find one of the unemulated ones.

I've submitted a couple games too, nothing earth-shattering, just bootlegs. Sent a version of Crazy Kong (big surprise :D ) and 2 versions of Pop-Man (Pac-Man bootlegs with Popeye's head and a different maze, but I don't think they've been added yet). I also had a Donkey King Jr (DK Jr bootleg) that I was planning on submitting, but was having problems reading some of the ROM's, and someone else had one at the same time, so they used theirs. I've got one more I need to get dumped, another Crazy Kong clone called Donkey King.

I had a Konami game years ago on the Most Wanted list and didn't know it until a week after I sold it when the MAME folks contacted me. :( I don't even remember the name now, but it was not a common game.
