So what do people do.. Atari and Sega vector power supplies seem to
have nice annodized gold coating. But years of tarnish has wiped it
out on most of the power supplies I am having rebuilt.

What do you guys recommend? Spray paint? Some sort of powercoating?
I can blast them in my sand blaster cabinet. I use Al Oxide. so it wont pit the
metal.

If you're willing to go as far as stripping and powdercoating, might just see what someone like Mike Chestnut would strip and replate em for. Etienne will do a custom label package with your serial #s, if you can catch him before he does another run. Troy/Takeman ran the Atari power brick panels with the gold iridium looking plating.

The finish was originally yellow zinc plating. New yellow zinc plated brick (bare) panel & ncludes new fuse decals. Ive got a few left, $26 each 1-3 and $24ea 4 & up.
