I have a dedicated PacLand that is missing the back door and the cabinet is unique in that it's way smaller than a ms Pac-Man or even a Mappy door. (Love when sellers forget to mention the door is missing)

Anyway it is 1/2 inch and cutting to size would not be hard but question on the bevel is it just a normal router I need to make that cut?

Are we talking about a rabbet or a bevel?

So a Rabbet cut. Can be done a number of ways. If you have a table saw then just cut the furthest line, then move your fence and nibble away at the rest. Or tracksaw. Or router with a straight edge.

Interesting. Mine is missing also on my Pac-Land.
Yes-usually you can just use a router for the rabbit cut on Midway back doors. Both upper and lower.
What's also interesting about Pac-Land is that i believe the vent holes are square and spread out vs the normal Midway version.
Wish I could show you a picture of a Pac-Land back door.

Ha that is strange maybe that was a "feature" the missing door! The pic I am holding up is a mappy door which I thought was the smallest one of the midways

Sorry, I meant to post these the other day. The measurements show the back door - spacing from the top of the door to the top vent, from the top of the door to the bottom vent, from the left side of the door to the left vent and from the left side of the door to the right vent. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks for posting these! Now I have something to work off also. The square vents seem to be unique and only for Pac-Land cabinets.

Any time. Pacland is a under appreciated game IMO. Good luck, if you need anything else just let me know.
The square cutouts on the Pacland backdoor seem to be for the early production cabs and are not on most of the later dedicated pacland cabs ive seen. Also On the early cabs the actual sideart was silkscreened directly onto cab and wasnt a decal as seen on most cabs similar to how atari did it

Good to know! My first Pac-Land had the screened side art that was peeling off, and no back door. My current Pac-Land was restored by a fellow collector and he made a temporary back door. So I guess whichever door version i decide to make will be fine.

My Pacland had screened art that was peeling off as well before I did a full restoration. The adhesion of the original artwork was not great based on all the dedicated cabinets I've seen….it also was getting brittle.

FastZEdy reached out to see if I can cut this door. I can but I will need help with finalizing dimensions. Below is a draft. :)
