Video loading to youtube now. Will post it in a bit. In meantime, here are pictures.
Anyways, the seller told me the game worked. Get there and I am greeted with this garbled screen. I reseated the aux cards on the monitor chassis, all monitor connectors, and the board harness. No change. Once I got home, me and Wade adjusted out everything including the holds. We were able to stop the rolling and freeze the screen - but still junk. The hold - for lack of better term- will not hold though. It is back to rolling again.
We think it appears to be a chassis issue. Any opinions?
I forgot to grab the chassis model, but the monitor is 100% original. It has two aux. cards on the chassis - one has 2 pots (horiz size, vhold, hhold). The other has the main monitor connector. The flyback is bolted off to the side separate from the actual chassis board. I'll go track down the actual model in a bit.
