Those little cardboard covers on the neckboard serve a purpose. Make sure your ins in place prior to adjusting and leaning over to see the screen.

You might just set your finger on fire.

Also note, while the picture tube rejuvinator does not apply HV to the tube, it still produces painful voltages. Which, if you are silly enough as to construct a CRT adapter without insulating the back of the board, and happen to attempt to wiggle it while testing a tube, you'll find out.

I re-capped and that stabilized it, but the green drive is not working.

I am swapping out for another monitor I pulled from a Scramble project.
