Sorry man, I dunno why they did that. Heres the page:

PLEASE READ the entire thread before asking questions. There is alot of information here.

I am making a small run of Black Widow/Gravitar style panels. Same quality as my other offerings, die punched & powder coated black.

Now for the details. Due to the great cost involved, I will have to do a presale order on this.

Im offering several styles of panels that have the same shape as Black Widow/Space Duel Ect. The only difference between the various panels will be the hole layouts. In this run, I will be offering:

Black Widow (BW) - exact copy of factory panel
Gravitar (G) - exact copy of factory panel
Mulit-Vector (MV) - stud mounting, same as previous run (uses Shilmover CPO)
Blank-no holes - cut your own (B) - panel latches only & no holes
Major Havoc Conversion (MHC) - stud mounting for Dedicated Roller

Control Panels will be $80 each and the blanks will be $70. (I get charged a set up fee for the hole patterns, so less holes is not exactly less money)

I am also producing the cover plate needed for the Major Havoc Conversion panel. The cover plate would cover the clearance hole cut in the front of the cab just below the CP for those using a dedicated MH roller. They will be powder coated, same thickness as CP and have 6 welded on studs. So, no visible mounting on the outside. Fine textured black powder coat.

$25ea no additional shipping if ordered with a panel.

In addition to the above, Darin at PhoenixArcade.com has agreed to take $10 off of his regular price on the Major Havoc Conversion Overlay (Space Duel style CP only) making them $55. Silk Screened Goodness! These will be shipped with your panel at no additional cost. You will pay me directly for the overlay and I will in turn order from Darin to get the lot in one shipment so that I can distribute.

When ordering, please speicfy which panel/part and Qty.

Shipping will be $20 which includes custom boxes and packing materials. If you are ordering 2 or more or need an international quote, please email directly to [email protected]

Paypal payments to [email protected] Be sure you put your KLOV name in the comments and what payment is for. Dont forget your contact info

1. Project (ie Vector CP)
2. KlOV Alias
3. Name & Shipping address
4. Email address

I'd like to get 15 presold to make this work right, but from the looks of the interest thread this should be no problem. From the time I say go, expect 3-4 weeks. I am going to run enough for everyone who prepays before the deadline. Do not wait and expect there to be extras. I will update on a regular basis.

I'll give the pre-order until September 17th @6pm Central time. After the 17th, the panel will go up if* there are any left over from my minimum run of 25 combined panels.

NO Overlays are included and are additional - see above

If for some reason the minimum is not met, I'll refund all monies.

I'll keep a master list & status here for you all to see.

Any questions? Shoot me an email.

A questions, shoot me a pm. Heres a pic of the panel. Yuo will needto supply your own roller, buttons and harness. All I can panel and overlay. Theres a cut out that has to be done on the frotn of the cab for the roller to clear, thats what the above plate is for, to cover the hole. The plate runs the width of the cab and is about 4" in height. Textured black powder coat with studs. It will look like and extension of the CP

forcefulfil, I invite you to take a look at my own webpages dedicated to my recent Space Duel to Major Havoc conversion...
http://www.biltronix.com/Space_Duel_to_Major_Havoc_Conversion.html

I assume that you are aware that Gravitar and Black Widow cabinets are extremely similar to Space Duel so the vast majority of the information applies equally well to your Gravitar cab.

Be aware that www.arcadeshop.com has lots of the rollers in stock (at least they did last time I checked a few months back).

Assuming that your Grav has a wg6100 monitor, you'll probably like to get the required converter board. I made a new version of the original Atari converter and I still have some left in stock. See here...
http://www.biltronix.com/Space_Duel_to_Major_Havoc_Conversion_Board.html

Be aware however that you might have to add a few wires to the Grav harness to bring it up to Space Duel level but I think that most, if not all, of those connections were related to providing enough control panel signals to support Space Duel. Grav has a different control panel connector than Space Duel but there is a drawing on my site that shows the connections needed to hookup Major Havoc controls to Grav. See here...

Regarding the new (and sure to be most excellent) repro control panels from Takeman, I posted a webpage showing the required cutout in the wood to clear the roller and some other details. The picture on this page outlines the area where Takeman's new bottom cover plate will fit in order to cover the hole. See here...
