Just FYI:

I am not sure if this has been mentioned before, or if it is an isolated instance but...

I went to adjust the rollers on my reproduction Major Havoc contoller the other day (RAM controls), and found out that the 8 stainless steel button head cap srews that were used to hold the 4 bearing retainers in place were the wrong size. They (assuming RAM) had installed 6-32 screws in holes that are tapped 8-32.

Ace Hardware had the 1/2 inch long SS button-head cap screws in stock with #8 washers so all is good now. The 8-32 screws thread in by hand with no problems. I just wanted to pass this along just in case someone else finds they have the same problem and may think the holes might have been stripped at the factory- they aren't- they just have the wrong size in them...

Thanks man. Good to know since I've bought a few of them from people on here, but haven't really used any yet. I'll have to keep this in mind when I get to them. :)
