I have a ton of wiring projects in the mix, and Major Havoc & Quantum have recently been brought up in emails again.

I just ordered the connectors to do the Control Panels for both Major Havoc & Quantum. I expect to have both control panel harness prototypes done roughly by Christmas if not sooner.

I won't be able to get to the Main harness for either Major Havoc or Quantum until the January time frame as it stands right now.

I have not pushed any of the other harness projects aside, and the Nintendo DK Series main harness is still next up after I complete the Moon Patrol main harness that I am working on finishing today.

Major Havoc arrived at my house yesterday, but there is a problem. This poor old Major Havoc was converted into a Hyro Thunder. (I think that is the game)

The entire DC harness has been removed and replaced with a Jamma harness.

Looks like I need to find a dedicated Major Havoc harness to use as a template, or find some pics of the harness with all of the connectors.

I know where that came from! :)

My Quantum has been JAMMAtized, so I'm no help... But I would like to drag Matt's cabinet over to your house for the weekend for some replication.

Man this is a old thread!! I really need a Quantum harness and CP Harness. It all I want for Christmas:)

One word - automation. If you are hand crimping, maybe an investment in a poke and crimp machine is in order. There seem to be many available these days with universal adjustable crimping die sets. I'd even donate toward the cost of getting one for you. You do awesome work.

Only 2 hands?? The wife is so good at TV repair maybe its time to move her up to harness making;)

Tried that, and after the 720 harness she said... Oh he'll no.

Or time to hire the neighborhood kids and get some of those long folding tables and chairs for them.

My neighborhood kids are brain dead.

He's already got the folding tables and chairs set up.

Automation would be great, but then it may become a business and that would be like having a job. Right now it is a hobby, and I do it because I enjoy it. Any money I make goes to support my own game repairs and restorations.

I have a lot of Love for these old games, and it is hard to avoid burnout sometimes with all of the projects that I have going. No, damn it I can not work on just one thing at a time.
