So my hometown theater that I've been going to since I was little is still operating. My first memory was seeing the 1976 King Kong in the main (and only at that time) theater. I remember seeing Blade Runner, Tron and several other classics from the 80s here as well. When I was single, I attended movies here all the way up until the early 2000s. The Jurassic Park movies, the new Star Wars movies, the special edition original Star Wars movies, Titanic, etc. Then when my first child was old enough to go, I started bringing her to movies there. Well she's now 20 and in college, but I still bring my boys to the theatre several times a year. The owners did a recent remodel and finally put the Ms Pacman that was there in the 80s (and the one that I had fixed 17 years ago) back in rotation. For at least 10 to 12 years, it had been languishing in the old Arcade room that they had closed and made off-limits to the public. It wasn't plugged in when we were there last night, but I have seen on their website that it is working. Kind of cool.

And here is a picture from about 16-17 years ago when I took my daughter there to fix the machine after we watched the movie:

And here's her and the other two games they had at that time. An Arena pinball and a Street Fighter 2 Turbo. I remember taking the K7000 chassis out of the SF2 and fixing it then bringing it back and installing it way back then. Not sure where these two games are (or where that little girl went):
