I use the ones from Ace Hardware- I think they're 4 inches in diameter. I keep two under each game under each back corner by the wall. Then I have an extra two to put under each front corner when I want to move them out. I suppose I could just keep four under each game, but I think they look funny sticking out when the games are in place.

I have a feeling the games would also move when being played if you kept 4 under there, right?
The ones OP is referring to (if you truly mean magic sliders) come with adhesive pads and adhere to the bottom of the cabinet feet. They are permanent for the most part. I think 2 inch diameter is the right size for this application. I have them on 50% of my games and on my pinball and they are swell. Those big bitches you fool-fine young fellows are referring to are worthless. I had a set of those too. They pop out from under the game before you can even get the cabinet moved 2-3 feet.

This just means you don't have enough games. The only way any of mine would move would be towards me, which wouldn't happen if I was playing. Don't make the mistake to think these things are on wheels and will move around just by breathing on it. You still need to apply a little effort to get them to move around. It just makes it a lot easier to move....
